Hi ho, hi ho, it’s off to PD I go!!

Hey guys, how’s it going?
By the time you read this, I’ll already be sitting in my
first professional development session of the summer!!!
My school district adopted a new reading series for the upcoming year,
so I am at an all day training for it.
I’m looking forward to learning a lot,
and also I get to goof off with all of my grade-level pals!!!
This is our new reading series…….
For the past 5 years, we have used Scott Foresman Reading Street, so I’m excited to see what Wonders
has to offer! So far, as I’ve been looking at it, I absolutely love their small group lessons,
there is a lot of material, AND, there is a lot of ideas for differentiation.
Question: For those of you without an adopted reading series, how do you choose what to teach?
For those of you with one, which one do you have, do you like it,
and how much do you have to tweak/supplement it?
Also, I finally updated my back to school pack, check it out!!

I’ll let you know how the PD went.
Talk to you later!!!
